PRICING STRUCTURE
Mental Training lessons can be done in-person, via video call, or via phone call. Lessons are booked in minimum of 1.5 hr blocks to ensure adequate time can be spent learning concepts without rushing. Recurring lessons, at least twice per month, are best to reinforce concepts and continue mental growth.
With the personal nature of the lessons, semi-private or group lessons are not available.

$200.00 per lesson, per person — 1.5 hour block per lesson
Fees include:
80 mins of mental training + 10 mins debrief
